Durga Shrestha
Durga Shrestha is an entrepreneur, community leader, and the Founder President of the Washington State Nepali Community Center (WSNCC). With an MBA from Tribhuvan University and a background as a Registered Auditor, he blends professional expertise with a deep commitment to social advocacy.
Throughout his career, Durga has held numerous leadership roles, including Founder President of the Lions Club of KTM Temple City and past Board Member of the Nepal Seattle Society. A passionate advocate for cultural preservation, he also co-founded the South Seattle Nepali School, where he serves as a volunteer teacher. His mission is to foster unity within the Nepali community and ensure its rich traditions are passed down to future generations.

Krishna Gurung
Krishna Gurung serves as the vice president and a member of the Board of Directors for WSNCC. A seasoned leader in Seattle’s tech industry since 1998, he is currently a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Expedia and a former veteran of Microsoft.
Originally from Syangja, Nepal, and raised in a British Gurkha family in Hong Kong, Krishna brings a truly global perspective to his work, with an academic background spanning China and Hawaii. An Electrical Engineer by training, he transitioned into IT leadership while remaining deeply committed to his community. As a founding member of NSS, NWTS, and WSNCC, Krishna is a passionate advocate for social work and community building. He lives by the motto "never forget the roots," ensuring the heritage of the Nepali diaspora remains central to his leadership.

Hari Acharya serves as a Board Member, bringing a high level of discipline and precision to the organization. Professionally, he is a Senior Financial Coordinator and a proud Army veteran, a background that has instilled in him a deep commitment to detail and excellence. Beyond his professional expertise, Hari is a dedicated volunteer who is passionate about giving back to the community. An avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys exploring the trails when he isn't spending time with his wife and two children.
